1. Select a 90-minute overview of nonprofit finance options including the Revenue Matrix Tool and process.

2. Organize a four-hour workshop where your nonprofits bring their laptops with the Tool loaded. They complete the first three steps of the Matrix process on-site and learn how best to complete the remaining steps on their own or with peers.

3. Get the most out of the Revenue Matrix Tool with a four-week course: one session per week. This option offers attendees the opportunity to complete the entire process – usually working with peers with the week between each session used to refine the basic tool. During the course, Tom offers personal consulting and mentorship for every attending nonprofit.
